Design Thinking 101

Format: 2-3 hours (virtual or in-person)

Best For: Teams new to design thinking or looking for a quick team-building session.

Get a rapid-fire tour of the end-to-end design thinking process, from empathy to prototyping. We’ll pair an overview with an engaging team activity designed to spark creativity and collaboration. Great as a lunch-and-learn or a kickoff to a larger innovation initiative.

Full Day Innovation Sprint

Format: 1 full day (in-person only)

Best For: Teams tackling real user problems or prototyping a new product

This immersive, high-energy session includes breakout groups, live user empathy interviews, rapid prototyping, and user feedback. By the end of the day, your team will walk away with tangible insights and actionable low-fi prototypes.


Focused Deep Dive Session

Format: 1–2 hours (virtual or in-person)

Best For: Teams looking to level up specific innovation muscles

Targeted sessions that go deep on a specific topic, such as:
